Returns and Replacements

A customer may return goods within 14 working days of receipt for a full refund less shipping costs.

If you aren’t happy with your purchase for any reason please contact us on our main phone number: +44 (0)1509 213789. This number is staffed by a member of our Customer Service team Monday - Friday, UK time 9am - 5pm. Alternatively please contact us by email at sales@skytrex.com.

The customer is responsible for the costs incurred in returning the goods, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods.  The goods must be returned in the condition in which they were first supplied.  Please include a covering letter explaining the reason for the goods being returned and your full name and address.  The customer will be refunded within 14 days of our receipt of returned goods.

Missing goods, damaged goods or any other disputes should be reported either by email or by telephone within 14 working days of receipt.  We will endeavour to correct faults and replace components where possible, however the goods may be returned for a full refund (including postage). If returning a high value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot be responsible for receipt of items if not tracked.
